Hardware/Consulting (Del-Supply): Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging.
Restocking Fee: A 15% fee may apply to high-value hardware returns.

Books: Published via Amazon KDP. Shipping times are determined by Amazon Prime or Standard shipping (typically 3-7 business days).
